Request deletion of your personal data or check the status of an existing request.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all personal data Sendr holds about you using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Us Directly

  1. Send an email to [contact email] from the email address associated with your Sendr account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
  3. Include your account email and organization name in the body.
  4. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 2: Through Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find “Sendr” in your connected apps.
  4. Click Remove and confirm you want your data deleted.
  5. Meta will send us a deletion callback, and we will process your request. You'll receive a confirmation code and status URL.

Option 3: In-App Account Deletion

If you are logged in, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will initiate deletion of all your data from our systems.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we remove the following from our primary database within 30 days:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Organization data and member associations
  • WhatsApp Business Account connections and encrypted tokens
  • Contact lists (phone numbers, names, tags)
  • Campaign records and recipient lists
  • Message history (sent and received)
  • Template data synced from Meta
  • Wallet balance and transaction history

Note: we may retain limited financial records as required by tax and accounting regulations. Data that has already been transmitted to third-party services (Meta, Stripe) is subject to their respective deletion policies.
