Per-message, not per conversation
Since July 2025, Meta charges for each individual template message delivered — not per 24-hour conversation window. If you send 3 marketing messages to one customer, you pay for 3 messages. Costs are linear and predictable.
What are marketing messages?
Marketing messages are promotional templates: flash sales, product launches, abandoned cart reminders, loyalty campaigns, re-engagement. They're the most expensive WhatsApp message category — and the only one relevant to bulk campaigns.
Why not authentication or utility?
Authentication (OTPs, 2FA) and utility (order updates, shipping) messages are transactional — they're triggered by user actions and need to be integrated into your own systems. They aren't campaign messages. Sendr is a campaign tool, so we only list marketing rates.
